MR CHEESE uses both local and Japanese quality ingredients to match the pureness and smoothness of the cream cheese. Culinary Team About Oliver Wu: head baker Oliver Wu has an impressive resume. He’s been baking since the ripe age of 13, where he’d tinker in the kitchen with biscuits, cakes and other desserts. It was there he discovered his love for baking and passion for cooking. At 23, he headed the internationally renowned bakery café in Taiwan – that’s listed on the stock exchange. A few years later, he became the head pastry chef for a Michelin guide recommended restaurant, before going on to work in product development for an international bakery café chain.
