When will I receive my refund?

Depending on your bank, it can take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

How will I be refunded?

You will be refunded the same way you paid.

Will I get a delivery fee refund?

You will receive a full delivery fee refund if the majority of your order value is unable to be delivered to you.

• A full delivery fee refund is triggered when the value of your items refunded is greater than 50% of your total order value, excluding the delivery fee

For change of mind returns, the delivery fee is non-refundable.

If you qualify for a delivery fee refund, you will receive an email notification and you will be refunded the same way you paid.

What is Kmart’s return policy?

You can return an item to any Kmart store for a refund or exchange if you:

• Have a change of mind within 28 days of purchase and the item is unused
• Received a damaged and/or faulty item
• Received an incorrect item

Your receipt/tax invoice is required to return or exchange.
